Return Policy
We will gladly replace or refund any item you are not 100% satisfied with. Our Bourbon Chocolates are hand made with pride, and we stand by our product. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us and we will refund your money, or send you a replacement (less Shipping & handling).
Shipping Methods and Policy
We take great care to ensure you receive your Bourbon Balls in pristine condition. Each Tin is individually covered in bubble wrap and every box is lined with Styrofoam and frozen cold packs place inside to keep them from melting.
All orders above 6 tins, 25 Favor Bags, or 50 Individual Bourbon Balls will be shipped via UPS. We recommend 2nd Day Air. Please contact us for shipping quotes.
We take as much care in shipping your order as we do in making our delicious confections. We offer Priority, 2nd day, and standard (up to 7 business days) shipping. You can also select a specific delivery date that works best for you.
Because temperatures vary nationwide, we may choose not to ship over the weekend in order to ensure premium quality upon arrival. For this reason, we cannot guarantee Monday deliveries.
